Arrival + Aperol Spritz Vibes
After saying “I do” at their local church, Cindy and Xavier ushered their guests into the magical world of Grand Gimeno for cocktail hour. Think bold florals peeking out of bud vases, signature cocktails like Aperol Spritz and Classic Margaritas, and passed hors d’oeuvres that read like a foodie’s dream: filet mushroom Wellington, crab cakes, fig & goat cheese tarts.
Guests mingled in a retro-inspired lounge under soft outdoor light, letting conversations bubble before dinner. Meanwhile, our photobooth rigged up in a corner, ready to catch the in-between moments everyone remembers later.
Dinner Under the Twilight Spell
As sunset painted the sky, guests moved into the dining space where ivory linens mixed with bold floral bursts. Each place setting featured custom menus (hello, personal flair) and sleek, modern tableware.
When Cindy & Xavier made their entrance, the energy soared—with cheers, champagne, heartfelt toasts, and plates that delivered serious flavor: chicken Santorini, cabernet braised short ribs, and vegetarian rotolo bolzano.
Dessert followed in not one, but two dessert stations: Latin and Italian sweets tempting every kind of sweet tooth. Flans, macaroons, tiramisu… you get the picture.

Dance Floor, Glow Sticks & Photo Booth Mayhem
The first dance space became a magnetic center of the night. Guests gathered, glowed, cheered—and then the real fun began. Glow sticks came out. The crowd moved. Our photobooth (that’s us) was alive, capturing energetic, joy-filled moments between turns on the dance floor.
Yes: That is exactly when a photo booth becomes the party spot, not just an add-on.
Late night? They capped it off with In-N-Out. Because classy weddings deserve a little comfort food after all that shimmer.
🎯 Why This Wedding Was Built for Desert Luna Energy
Vibe alignment: Their aesthetic (colorful, bold, playful) gave us a canvas to match custom overlays, prints, and digital assets that didn’t feel “photoboothy” — just seamlessly woven into the design.
Emotional + candid: The moments weren’t posed—they were real. Laughing friends, couples mid-hug, thrown confetti, glow stick mania. Those are the shots that last.
Guests as creators: People didn’t just look at decor. They stepped in front of the lens and became part of the art. A photobooth is a memory activator.
Keepsake impact: Instant prints, digital shares, keepsake strips—these become mini time capsules people hold onto, long after the party ends.
📸 How You Can Invite This Kind of Magic to Your Wedding Day
Design-forward overlays: Align with your color palette so your photobooth doesn’t feel like an import—it is part of the day.
Mixed media delivery: Prints + GIFs + digital galleries → give your guests options.
Smart placement: Tuck the booth in a lounge corner or near the food + drinks hub (that’s where people already flow).
Memory wall or guestbook twist: Use strips or digital frames from the booth as part of your keepsake table.
Timing matters: Launch the photobooth once folks are relaxed (just before or during dancing) so pictures feel playful not forced.
